Storage

Unopened: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
After opening: Decant into a sealed food-safe container, refrigerate (0–5°C) and use within 2–3 days for best quality (follow the pack label if it states a different timeframe).
Freezing: Suitable for freezing portions into smaller containers or ice-cube trays for quick-use stock portions.

Serving & cooking suggestions

Upgrade sauces & gravy: Reduce gently to concentrate flavour, then finish with a knob of butter for gloss.
Best for rice & grains: Use instead of water for risotto, pilaf, lentils or beans to add depth.
