At Amigo Food Group, we specialise in providing a dependable supply chain service with temperature-controlled deliveries to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. We are committed to delivering fresh, chilled, and frozen goods safely and efficiently to businesses across London and throughout the UK.

London Deliveries
- We deliver Monday to Friday across all central London areas.
- Cut-off time: Place your order by 10:30 PM for next-day delivery, unless a specific delivery date has been arranged in advance.
- Our London delivery service is ideal for businesses that require regular, reliable stock replenishment with minimal delay.
- All deliveries are handled with care to maintain product quality, especially for chilled and frozen items.
Deliveries Outside London
- We offer nationwide deliveries Tuesday to Friday.
- Cost: £8.99 + VAT per 20kg box.
- Cut-off time: Place your order by 10:00 AM for next-day delivery.
- No minimum order is required for standard deliveries.
- Orders are carefully packed to help preserve the required temperature during transit.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier schedules, but we always aim to provide a prompt and efficient service.
Pallet Orders
We offer pallet deliveries across the whole UK for larger volume orders.
For chilled and frozen pallet deliveries, we work with Peter Green. For ambient pallet deliveries, we use Palletline, allowing us to provide reliable distribution nationwide.
Please note that pallet delivery prices may vary depending on the type of goods, pallet size, delivery location, and service required.

Urgent Orders
If you need a last-minute delivery, please contact our office before 11:00 AM to confirm product availability and possible same-day or next-available dispatch options.
We will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.
Important Delivery Information
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the products upon arrival and store them at the correct temperature immediately.
- If there are any access restrictions, special delivery instructions, or timing requirements, please let us know when placing your order.
- While we make every effort to meet all delivery schedules, delays caused by traffic, weather, or external courier issues may occasionally occur.
Returns Policy
Return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We take product quality and food safety very seriously. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with full details so our team can investigate and assist you.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The temperature chain of refrigerated or frozen products has been interrupted.
- The product has been opened, tampered with, or manipulated in any way.
- The goods have not been stored correctly after delivery.
- The return request is made outside the 48-hour reporting period.
Where a return or claim is approved, we will advise on the next steps as quickly as possible.
