Serve an authentic Spanish style rice dish in minutes with our Frozen Seafood & Chicken Paella (10 x 1kg). This ready-prepared paella combines tender chicken with a selection of seafood in a savoury, saffron-style seasoned rice ideal for restaurants, catering, events, and busy prep kitchens. Convenient 1kg packs make portion control simple, reduce waste, and help you deliver consistent results every service.

Storage

Keep frozen: Store at -18°C or below.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
After thawing (if you thaw): Keep refrigerated 0–5°C and use within 24 hours (follow the pack label if different).
Keep packs sealed to avoid freezer burn and protect flavour.

Serving & cooking suggestions

Best result: cook from frozen and heat until piping hot throughout.

Pan method (recommended for texture): Add a little olive oil (or a splash of water/stock), heat on medium, stir gently and evenly until hot.
Oven method: Tip into an oven-safe tray, cover with foil to keep moisture, heat until fully hot.
Microwave method: Heat in a covered microwave-safe container, stir halfway for even heating.

Finish like a chef (quick wins):

Add a squeeze of lemon, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and chopped parsley.
For extra aroma: a pinch of smoked paprika or a touch of garlic oil.
Serve with aioli, grilled peppers, or a simple tomato salad for a complete tapas-style plate.
