Meat product – smoke from pork class A and B (meat's origin: UE) with no
skin, no ribs, no cartilage, cured. Product sliced and roasted, packaged in a
protective atmosphere.
The surface is clean and dry with tight structure and; fragile consistency; the color is golden–brown; the characteristic taste and smell with slight smoke taste and smell.
