Our anchovy is of the highest quality that can only be found in the Bay of Biscay, part of our success comes from the handmade work we do to make our anchovy. Fishing, filleting, pressing, barrel maturation and packaging are done following traditional techniques. The result is a 100% maximum quality artisanal anchovy.
