Produced in La Rioja by Martínez Somalo, a family charcuterie house with heritage dating back to 1900, this chorizo vela offers the classic Spanish balance of savoury pork, paprika, garlic and gentle smoky depth. Its long “vela” format is designed for elegant slicing, giving thin, even slices with a lean, meaty bite and rich red colour.

The 500g sliced pack saves preparation time, reduces waste and gives professional kitchens consistent presentation every service. Ideal for Spanish tapas boards, bocadillos, paninis, pizzas, salads, grazing platters, bar snacks, deli counters and catering menus.

Storage

Unopened: Store according to the pack label, in a cool, dry place or refrigerated if required.
