CURED PANCETTA
Our Cured Pancetta is a boneless pork belly that originates from Spain! Unlike a lot of other sweet and smoky pork bellies, this is air-dried after its initial cure.
Made from the skin of the pig and the meat underneath hence its appearance of layers of marbled fat and meat
During its curing process, it is salted with coarse salt and once salted, it's afterwards washed to get rid of the excess salt and then dried in natural cellars
Storage:
Keep refrigerated between 0ºC and 5ºC
Serving suggestion:
Ideal as part of cured meat boards and tapas. Cured Pancetta is great for a lot of social events, it can go on a meat board to be served at parties, it can be included as sliced meat on pizza and because it is lean meat you have lots of different options open to you. If you need some inspiration it is included in a host of Italian dishes.
