Our La Sota Pitted Queen Green Olives (5kg tin) are a premium Spanish pantry essential large, firm queen olives with a clean, briny flavour and a satisfying bite. Pitted for convenience, they’re perfect for tapas, salad bars, pizzas, cocktails, garnishes and catering. The 5kg catering tin is ideal for restaurants, delis and events needing consistent quality and great yield.

Storage:

  • Unopened: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • After opening:

    • Transfer olives with their brine into a non-metal, food-safe airtight container (don’t store in the opened tin).

    • Refrigerate (0–5°C) and ensure olives stay fully submerged in brine to protect texture and flavour.

    • For best quality, use within 7–14 days (always follow the label guidance if it states a specific timeframe).

Serving suggestion:

  • Tapas classic: Serve chilled or at room temperature with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of oregano/thyme, and lemon zest.

  • Quick marinade: Olive oil + garlic + citrus peel + chilli flakes (optional) for 30–60 minutes.
