SAZONADOR PAELLA CARMENCITA x 635g

The classic Paella seasoning mix is used by most caterers. It is added to the stock, using about 5g per 6-10 portions.

This is the new format from Carmencita which is a bit smaller than the former size catering jar, but improvements in terms of Food Security as production is completely automatic & is hermetically sealed.

Storage:

Store paella seasoning in a cool, dry place.

Serving Suggestions:

Paella seasoning can be used to make paella with a variety of proteins and vegetables. To make paella, simply cook rice in a large skillet with olive oil and the paella seasoning. Then, add your desired protein and vegetables and cook until cooked through. Serve with a side of lemon wedges and enjoy!
