Pasteurised whipping cream is based on fresh farm-assured cow’s milk, which has undergone legal pasteurisation, separation, homogenisation and standardisation to produce fresh pasteurised whipping cream with a fat content of 38% - 42%. Yew Tree Dairy whipping cream is fit for human consumption or for the production of food fit for human consumption meeting standards laid down in legislation.
Storage:
This product is perishable and must always be transported and stored chilled (insulated) and kept chilled. It
should not be exposed to direct sunlight or strong odours. Containers should not be in direct contact with floors
or walls. The storage temperature is <5˚C.
