The Martínez Somalo Salchichón Cular is a traditional Spanish cured sausage crafted with premium cuts of pork and seasoned with a balanced blend of spices. Made following time-honored Rioja curing methods, it develops a firm texture and a rich, savoury aroma. Its natural casing (“cular”) allows for a slower, more even cure, resulting in deep flavour, delicate marbling, and a smooth, refined finish. This salchichón is an authentic expression of Spanish charcuterie craftsmanship.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within a few days for optimal freshness and
flavour. For longer storage, freeze the unopened package.
