Acorn-fed 100% Iberian ham, with Los Pedroches denomination of origin. To achieve the quality provided by these hams, the pigs are fed the freedom provided by the Los Pedroches pasture. In its last 4 or 5 months it is fed exclusively on acorns and fields, thus achieving the optimal weight and flavor that defines this exquisite ham.

King of the Iberian standard, this ham can be faithfully called “pata negra”, thanks to the characteristics of its diet, way of life and subsequent exclusive curing.

Usage:

Once the piece has been opened, it is recommended to cover it with its own fat to avoid contact of the meat with the air and favour the preservation of the open piece. To appreciate all its flavor, it is advisable to consume it in thin slices.

Storage:

Store between 5ºC and 22ºC. If it will not be consumed immediately, it is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place. Its consumption is recommended at room temperature.
