Queso de Burgos is a soft fresh cheese, with no rind, made from pasteurized cow's milk. The cheese has a pure white colour, and it is traditionally shaped into a wheel with characteristic ridges on top. Its texture is silky and creamy, while the flavours are very mild, fresh, milky, and slightly acidic
