CHISTORRA
Our chistorra is made by hand based on fresh lean meat, bacon, smoked paprika and natural spices, stuffed in a fine casing. With a curing process in a drying room with controlled temperature and humidity for 8 days, gives it that firm texture that is so pleasant in the mouth.
Also known as Txistorra, this is a hugely popular sausage in North Spain. Similar to chorizo, but with a higher fat content, narrower and very long, which gives it its peculiar spiral shape when packed
Storage:
Keep refrigerated between 0ºC and 5ºC
Serving suggestion:
Perfect grilled and barbecued, but can be added to pizza, pies and stews
