FZ COOKED SHELL MUSSELS 20-40 x 1kg

The whole-shell mussels are some of the world’s best mussels and are renowned for their good sustainability.  They are simply steamed and frozen prior to coming to you, with nothing added but filled with flavour.

They are washed, cleaned, debossed, size graded, weighed, vac packed, and heat treated to achieve 72°C for 15 seconds and frozen.
