Aged between 3 to 5 months, this semi-hard cheese is easily recognisable by its white colour and blue veins. It has a compact yet crumbly and creamy texture and a strong salty and nutty flavour that lingers pleasantly on the palate.
Storage:
kept refrigerated at 2°C to 6°C.
